中频炉打火大致分为三种情况：

一、炉台打火，由于中频炉泄露磁场很大，造成附近导体感应出很强的电势，不同导体间感应出的电势不同，当有移动的导体短路差异电势时，造成打火现象，或者当不同电势体间积累了足够的能量，也能造成击穿放电。

二、电容打火可能是铜排连线松动，电容接线柱沾水受潮引起。

三、还有一种可能是套炉时，不小心造成连体。
